This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Act as the commercial data architect responsible for mapping and optimizing the complete architecture of data sources, MDM, C360, Sales Planning & Operations, CRM, and downstream processes; document integrations and dependencies while enhancing connectivity and minimizing redundancies.
• Spearhead commercial data cleanup initiatives and set up data entry quality validation processes to guarantee accurate data for insights, planning, and customer engagement.
• Assess prescriber records within our MDM system using defined business rules and data quality criteria to establish merge eligibility, execute daily merge decisions, or flag records for escalation based on confidence levels and data completeness, while meeting set productivity and accuracy targets.
• Uphold data integrity by ensuring that prescriber hierarchies, affiliations, and attributes are accurately represented.
• Ensure the accuracy of prescriber data to support CRM workflows and enhance the effectiveness of the field team, while also promoting data quality initiatives that improve targeting and segmentation in CRM campaigns.
• Validate prescriber contact details, specialties, and practice locations for CRM applications and collaborate with Sales Operations and Commercial Operations teams on data quality issues affecting CRM users.
• Document merge decisions and the rationale behind them in accordance with MDM governance standards, and track and report on daily productivity metrics and data quality KPIs.
• Adhere to established SOPs for data stewardship and escalation processes, maintaining detailed logs of validation activities, edge cases, and escalations.
• Define policies for data quality, validation, and compliance, embedding standards into ingestion, mastering, and activation workflows, while establishing survivorship rules, match-exception handling, and consent/GDPR practices to ensure that downstream reporting and engagement are reliable and compliant.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Global Commercial Excellence to align data governance, platform investment, and contract utilization with overarching business priorities.
• Proven experience with MDM processes and the integration of CRM / ERP / Marketing / Education data into a singular, trusted source of truth for targeted engagement and analytics.
• Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrating a commitment to data accuracy and consistency, along with the ability to make informed decisions based on established criteria and business rules.
• Experience working with HCP and HCO data.
• Strong governance toolkit: you define and enforce data standards, validation rules, and stewardship processes; you can operationalize consent/GDPR requirements in everyday data management.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business needs into effective data designs—balancing speed, cost, and control without compromising quality.
• Possess strong communication and storytelling abilities, allowing you to simplify complex information and guide stakeholders through change and adoption.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage daily workload queues and work independently with repetitive tasks while upholding quality standards.
• Clear written communication skills for documenting decisions and escalations.
