This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will prepare commercial data for downstream usage in analytics, reporting, planning processes, and commercial systems, ensuring that the outputs are complete, consistent, and in line with established business definitions.
• You will maintain, develop, and enhance the data warehouse, creating ETL solutions, automated data flows, and an analytics “as-a-service” environment across the EMEA region.
• You will apply and uphold market- and country-specific business rules, transformations, and calculations to support local commercial models, KPIs, incentives, and decision-making.
• You will perform validation of staged datasets through systematic quality checks, reconciling results with source systems, and identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies before release.
• You will serve as the business intelligence partner for the EMEA organization while collaborating with global peers to develop the Global data/analytics platform.
• You will collaborate with business owners and technical colleagues to intake requests and formulate analytical proposals/solutions.
• You will work closely with Commercial Analytics, CRM Operations, MDM, and Sales Operations teams to understand data requirements and ensure that staged outputs meet downstream consumption needs.
• You will document staging logic, transformation rules, calculation methodologies, and market-specific exceptions to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability.
• You will support ongoing improvements by updating staging logic in response to changes in business rules, commercial models, country requirements, or upstream data sources.
• You will monitor and track data quality metrics related to staged datasets, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing robustness, consistency, and reusability.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Tableau, SQL, database management, and data integration.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Python-based data integration and pipeline development.
• Preference for familiarity with GitHub, Oracle, S3, and the Redshift ecosystem.
• Experience in data operations, data preparation, analytics enablement, or reporting roles where the transformation and validation of data for downstream use is a key responsibility.
• A strong understanding of how business rules, calculations, and data definitions influence analytics, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
• Experience working with multi-country or regional commercial data, including managing market-specific logic and local exceptions.
• A keen attention to detail with the capability to systematically test, reconcile, and validate data outputs across various sources.
• A clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with analytics teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
