This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Actively guide customers toward Veeva and industry-leading practices

• Comprehend intricate business processes and convert them into technical specifications

• Execute system configuration modifications and facilitate data migrations

• Enable new product functionalities and guarantee smooth integration

• Diagnose system problems and offer prompt resolutions

• Develop and produce training materials while conducting training sessions

• Generate analytical reports to assist in business decision-making

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions

• Background in customer-facing roles and/or consulting, with a focus on managing customer expectations

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English

• Capability to work independently

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant field
