Senior Cloud Services Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on strategic client engagements from the initial proposal stage to final invoicing.

• Serve as the primary consultant for designated matters.

• Consult with clients to grasp their objectives and suggest effective workflows.

• Proactively address client challenges and provide client-focused solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, corporate legal departments, law firms, and review partners.

• Oversee comprehensive eDiscovery technical workflows, encompassing data processing, user and case setup, and production execution.

• Assist with unassigned or escalated projects as necessary.

• Keep detailed documentation of project activities, customized workflows, and client communications.

• Recognize process improvement opportunities and execute technical or procedural enhancements.

• Accurately track and bill consulting hours.

• Ensure clarity and alignment of fee structures and estimates throughout client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal consulting roles.

• Strong comprehension of the litigation lifecycle, the EDRM, and TAR/CAL workflows.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• A JD, MBA, or advanced degree is considered an advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and providing client-facing services in deadline-oriented environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both legal and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with the evolving role of artificial intelligence in eDiscovery.

• Capacity to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients.

• Experience with OpenText eDiscovery (formerly Axcelerate) is a significant plus.

• Willingness to work hours beyond a standard 40-hour workweek when necessary.

• Ability to travel across the US when required.
