📋 Description

• Developing the governance framework for global cloud partner enablement initiatives.

• Creating comprehensive cloud certification and onboarding experiences tailored to the needs of partners.

• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing departments.

• Implementing scalable processes that facilitate cloud go-to-market strategies and promote partner growth.

• Establishing operational frameworks that ensure clarity, accountability, and discipline in execution.

• Evaluating program effectiveness and fostering continual improvement through data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma, or have an equivalent professional background.

• Have over 8 years of experience in channel programs, cloud enablement, or partner operations.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplace dynamics.

• Have experience in designing partner journeys within complex cloud environments.

• Ability to work independently while influencing senior stakeholders across various functions.

• Utilize data and metrics to ensure accountability and deliver measurable impacts on business outcomes.
