Senior Cloud Engineer – M365, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Plan, migrate, and manage contemporary Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

• Design identity solutions utilizing Entra ID/Azure AD.

• Integrate Microsoft Teams and SharePoint seamlessly.

• Implement Zero Trust policies while collaborating with the Security and Compliance Center.

• Develop and facilitate migrations from Exchange 2010/2016 to Exchange Online.

• Strategize hybrid scenarios, coexistence, and cutover processes.

• Construct modern client environments leveraging Intune, Autopilot, and BYOD policies.

• Automate workflows using PowerShell scripts.

• Execute MFA rollouts, baseline hardening, and compliance controls (SBIT.CCM).

• Perform assessments, architecture workshops, and proofs of concept.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Key Account teams.

• Provide third-level support, conduct root-cause analyses, post-mortems, and implement fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed IT training or a degree in a relevant discipline.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in cloud engineering (Azure/M365).

• Extensive knowledge in identity, security, and compliance.

• Experience in Exchange migrations.

• Familiarity with Intune and Autopilot.

• Proficient in PowerShell for automation tasks.

• German language proficiency at C1 level.

• Good command of the English language.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Azure Landing Zones.

• Nice to have: An Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation-oriented mindset.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of EDR/XDR/SIEM systems.
