This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support for container and Kubernetes environments, primarily utilizing Red Hat OpenShift.

• Establish architectural standards and assist in the design of solutions for the platform.

• Manage, monitor, configure, deploy, upgrade, and provide support for Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

• Offer support for both on-premises and cloud-based environments.

• Execute configuration automation and orchestration utilizing Ansible.

• Aid in the maintenance and advancement of container infrastructure, ensuring continuous operational functionality of environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related higher-education field, along with a postgraduate degree in IT.

• ITIL Foundation v3 or a higher level of certification, or equivalent documented training.

• Demonstrated experience as an administrator or architect for solutions hosted by cloud computing providers within a large organization and high-availability settings.

• Experience in managing and supporting Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure in a large organizational context.

• Proven experience using Ansible for configuration automation in a large enterprise.

• Proficient in technical English for interpreting documentation and basic written communication with vendors.

• Possession of at least one of the following certifications: Microsoft Azure Associate-level certification, AWS Associate-level certification, a comparable certification from another cloud provider, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes or higher, or Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate (KCNA) or higher.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is preferred.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus.
