Senior CLM Business Analyst, Revenue Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

• Convert business needs into user stories and functional specifications.

• Assist in sprint planning, backlog management, and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.

• Conduct workshops and collaborative sessions with business and IT stakeholders to collect requirements, prioritize tasks, and facilitate decision-making.

• Examine CLM / Bids & Tenders data and processes to pinpoint gaps and areas for improvement, offering recommendations aligned with BD’s long-term Revenue Technology strategy and the unified blueprint.

• Document legacy and offline contract or quoting processes (PDFs, SharePoint, spreadsheets, regional systems) and transform them into a standardized model.

• Establish “what good looks like” with a profound understanding of the business, ensuring solutions meet the actual needs of the quote-to-contract process.

• Serve as a link between business users and technical delivery teams (IT/ TDS and vendor partners).

• Create reporting tools and dashboards that address business needs and measure Revenue Technology KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of combined experience as a business analyst working with CLM / Bids & Tenders or quote-to-cash systems.

• Proficient in systematizing new business processes, efficiencies, and improvements.

• Agile certified with strong expertise in the Scaled Agile (SAFe) development framework.

• Experience engaging with both “business” and “technical” stakeholders.

• Background spanning multiple technology platforms and a willingness to gain proficiency beyond the required specialty (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Conga/Apttus CLM, Bids & Tenders).

• Proven track record of driving organizational change by influencing others without direct authority.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% is required.

• Certifications: Conga/Apttus CLM platform certification.
