Senior Clinical Trial Manager – Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide the clinical site management team from the initiation of the study until its conclusion.

• Act as the main point of contact for Site Management, overseeing clinical monitoring and site activities throughout the project.

• Function as the principal representative for the sponsor.

• Oversee monitoring deliverables to ensure alignment with the study budget.

• Recognize and address activities that fall outside the project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or a Nursing Degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or a comparable position.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Experience in Central Nervous System (CNS) studies is essential.

• Background in Psychiatry is highly desirable.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to lead and inspire a remote team.

• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong customer orientation with the ability to interact professionally with sponsor contacts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Systems.

• Openness to travel up to 30% of the time.
