Senior Clinical Research Associate – CNS, Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee research activities at investigative sites involved in Worldwide’s clinical research initiatives.

• Provide support to sites throughout the entire study lifecycle, from site identification and initiation to study management and closure.

• Facilitate study start-up procedures, including gathering necessary regulatory documents and assisting in contract and budget negotiations.

• Conduct Study Initiation Visits (SIVs) and educate sites on proper data collection and safety-event reporting.

• Manage ongoing site operations, primarily from a remote location, while ensuring effective communication and oversight.

• Ensure compliance with informed consent protocols, safety reporting guidelines, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with site teams to promote high-quality study execution and successful delivery of clinical trials.

• Work in partnership with investigative sites, sponsors, and global study teams.

• Travel to investigative sites approximately 8-10 days each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year university degree or a Nursing Degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Experience in Psychiatry is a must.

• Background in full-service monitoring is PREFERRED.

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• Proficiency in English, with strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Candidates must reside within the Southeast region.

• Willingness to travel to investigative sites approximately 8-10 days per month.
