This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical research initiatives at investigative sites engaged in Worldwide clinical trials.

• Identify and evaluate potential research sites for participation.

• Coordinate the initiation of studies, including regulatory documentation and managing contract and budget processes.

• Conduct Pre-Site Selection Visits, Study Initiation Visits, Interim Monitoring Visits, and Closeout Visits.

• Provide training to site personnel regarding protocol requirements, data collection procedures, and safety reporting obligations.

• Monitor site performance and offer continuous support throughout the study lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with sites and study teams to enhance data quality, ensure participant safety, and achieve study objectives.

• Assist with site closeout procedures and the fulfillment of study requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Czechia.

• Bachelor's Degree or a Nursing Degree is required.

• At least 5 years of experience as a regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate.

• Proven experience in monitoring clinical trials is essential.

• Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region, approximately 6–8 days each month.

• Experience in full-service monitoring is preferred.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, site management, and regulatory requirements.
