Senior Clinical Training Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create a conducive learning atmosphere for both clinical and non-clinical personnel that ensures successful onboarding of new employees.

• Evaluate and identify training requirements for staff through analysis of audit findings and trends.

• Design and implement both initial and ongoing training programs based on identified needs.

• Work in partnership with leaders in various business areas to disseminate pertinent training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Must possess and keep a valid clinical license in North Carolina.

• Experience in operational, administrative, and clinical training is preferred.

• Background in healthcare and non-patient facing business administration functions is preferred.
