Senior Clinical Specialist, Coronary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist Abbott’s Vascular division as a Clinical Specialist based in the field.

• Carry out case planning, provide case support coverage, and facilitate product pull-through within the assigned territory and Region as necessary.

• Advocate for Vascular products by educating, servicing, and training customers in hospital environments.

• Deliver clinical education and sales assistance to meet projected sales targets, boost sales revenue, and enhance market share.

• Act as a technical expert on procedures and products for hospital case coverage.

• Support the Coronary portfolio, which includes atherectomy, carotid, PCIO, DES, base coronary, and upcoming product introductions.

• Engage with physicians and hospital staff to assess clinical needs and showcase Vascular products.

• Build relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision-makers.

• Provide clinical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and offer in-service education during case coverage.

• Educate customers through presentations and demonstrations regarding product usage, therapies, and advancements in technology.

• Attend clinical procedures in Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology Labs, and Operating Rooms.

• Address customer product and service inquiries and collaborate with sales, clinical research, marketing, and product development teams to devise solutions.

• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 6 years of relevant work experience.

• Willingness to travel 50% within the designated region.

• Experience interacting with patients in a lab or operating room setting (preferred).

• Relevant Technical Certification (preferred).
