Senior Clinical Sales Specialist, THV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison within the Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit for the designated territory and/or customer base in the Daejeon/ChungCheong region.

• Gain a thorough understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology pertinent to Edwards Lifesciences medical products.

• Cultivate and maintain robust, enduring relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.

• Broaden the assigned regional network and enhance Edwards’ market presence.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.

• Recognize areas for improvement to achieve sales goals.

• Formulate and implement an annual plan to fulfill regional objectives.

• Act as a clinical and commercial link between providers and various teams across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience required.

• Experience in clinical support or servicing preferred.

• Familiarity with cardiovascular or cardiac concepts preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of the advantages and limitations of both own products and those of competitors.

• In-depth knowledge of the business, the medical device industry, and the sales landscape of the designated region.

• Thorough understanding of customer organizations and the ways in which the market environment impacts them.

• Complete grasp of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to Edwards medical products.

• Capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to comprehend customer needs, feedback, and objections, and effectively communicate product value to influence customer perceptions.

• Employ creativity and persuasive skills with both new and existing customers to facilitate buying decisions using tact and diplomacy.

• Comply with company policies and regulations, including Environmental Health & Safety guidelines, while implementing effective measures to prevent injuries and safeguard the environment.
