Regional Sales Manager, US West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance sales initiatives by promoting and selling Fotokite products and services to Fire, Law Enforcement, EMS, Public Safety, and other pertinent customer segments.

• Generate sales through Distribution partners as well as Direct Sales channels.

• Perform field demonstrations and respond to requests for orders, quotes, and lead times.

• Initiate, monitor, and follow up on leads sourced from various channels.

• Stimulate demand for Fotokite products and services within the designated Western US territory.

• Formulate and implement a regional sales strategy that includes outbound prospecting, lead generation, and field sales engagement.

• Identify key decision-makers among targeted leads or accounts.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and distributors.

• Capture, update, and expand CRM data regarding opportunities, customers, and contacts.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Fotokite products and their value proposition.

• Provide product demonstrations both in-person and through virtual platforms.

• Participate in industry conferences and regional trade shows.

• Travel up to 50% or more, depending on the region.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Anticipate direct reports in the near future.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is essential.

• Experience with, or within, public safety agencies is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including G Suite and Microsoft Suite.

• Excellent organization and presentation abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers.

• Experience in an international company is a plus.
