This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Promotes and sells Medtronic's ENT products and services within a designated geographical area and/or specific customer accounts to achieve or surpass sales goals.
• Responsible for developing, establishing, and enhancing long-term relationships with stakeholders such as distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Tasked with pursuing leads, evaluating needs, capitalizing on growth opportunities, and delivering product services to maximize the advantages derived from Medtronic's ENT products and/or services.
• Collaborates closely with the Regional Sales team to provide clinical, sales, and technical support during procedures and informs clinicians about patient treatment options.
• Advocates for the education of the company's products and/or services, including on-site training and/or consulting.
• Acts as a technical resource to facilitate the sales of a specific medical product or solution.
• A High School Diploma or GED with at least 8 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
• An Associate’s Degree accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience.
• Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy.
