This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Achieve expertise in da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties to bolster surgical robotics initiatives within the designated territory.
• Assist in field activities aimed at meeting quarterly sales targets.
• Contribute to regional Sales and Marketing development events that promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Train and mentor OR staff to ensure proficiency in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management of the system.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team.
• Enhance the utilization of the da Vinci® system by collaborating with surgical teams to identify suitable procedure applications.
• Foster the continuous growth of the user base by engaging with key hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to build a qualified lead pipeline.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Effectively manage administrative responsibilities, including reporting sales/procedures, documenting outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 8-12 years of prior sales experience in the medical devices sector is mandatory.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
