Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations to guarantee adherence to protocol, regulatory standards, and industry practices.

• Take the lead on clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for successful trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Deliver training and guidance to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to uphold high standards of clinical trial execution.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to promote seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a thorough understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and enforce compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).
