This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more state.
• Develop and uphold high-quality scientific content within the ePROVIDE™ platform.
• Curate precise, organized scientific data across PROQOLID™, PROLABELS™, and PROINSIGHT™.
• Identify, source, and evaluate information regarding clinical outcome assessments, endpoint strategies, regulatory label claims, clinical guidelines, and agency recommendations.
• Extract and summarize data from scientific publications, regulatory labels, Summary of Product Characteristics documents, public assessment reports, clinical guidelines, and agency-issued documents.
• Implement database-specific rules, scope criteria, taxonomy, and quality standards to ensure scientific consistency, traceability, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with members of the Database Team and cross-functional colleagues to facilitate client-facing and internal utilization of ePROVIDE™ data.
• Assist with database updates, quality checks, documentation, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as psychology, public health, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in clinical research, health outcomes research, scientific literature review, data curation, or a related area.
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and accurately summarizing scientific, clinical, and regulatory information.
• Exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and documentation.
• Capability to adhere to established rules and quality standards.
• Flexibility to consistently apply rules while exercising scientific judgment for justified exceptions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple curation tasks or database updates concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive and independent, possessing a strong sense of control.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited for a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
• Comfort with digital platforms, structured databases, and data extraction tools.
• Ability to operate fully in English within an international department and team setting.
