Senior Clinical Project Manager – Hematology/Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project and program management tasks.

• Create and implement clinical project plans, which include strategies for radiopharmaceutical and radioligand studies.

• Guide cross-functional teams to successfully carry out project activities.

• Work closely with stakeholders to determine project needs and outline the project scope.

• Provide mentorship and support to team members.

• Lead the development of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

• Keep updated on industry trends and advancements in precision medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, and targeted oncology therapies.

• Contribute to the growth of the organization through effective project leadership and strategic planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in project management, with a demonstrated history of leading successful projects within the CRO sector.

• Experience in oncology is essential.

• Preferred experience in nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, or radioligand therapies.

• Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven leadership skills, with a background in effectively managing and mentoring teams.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities to oversee multiple projects and deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
