This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Improve the sales process by acting as the clinical authority on the application of Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) products.
• Collaborate with assigned sales partners within their designated territory to build support from Key Opinion Leaders.
• Create demand for product assessments, facilitate competitive conversions, close significant deals, and assist with post-sales activities including implementation, education, and ongoing support.
• Engage key stakeholders with product value propositions and relevant literature.
• Oversee post-sale initiatives including implementation, product education, in-servicing, and ongoing support to ensure strong adoption and utilization.
• Exhibit skills essential for the successful progression of complex sales.
• Serve as a vital resource and work with internal partners to inform and update the organization quarterly on OR/CVOR NICU/PICU trends.
• A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician in an acute care hospital setting.
• OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician in an acute care hospital setting.
• 3-5 years of total critical care experience in an acute care hospital environment.
• 3 years of experience in OR, CVOR, NICU, or PICU.
• Clinical Educator experience or background in education curriculum development and delivery.
• RN BSN, Advanced Practice Nurse NNP, or Perfusionist credentials.
• Over 2 years of experience in a team selling environment.
• Familiarity with the health care or medical device industry, particularly in clinical education or sales.
• Preferred sales experience or strong selling attributes.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com, Sales Analytics, and MS Office applications (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
