
Senior Clinical Product Specialist, OR/NICU/PICU – Acute Care and Monitoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Improve the sales process by acting as the clinical authority on the use of Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) products in Adult/Pediatric Operating Room and NICU/PICU settings.
• Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and influential clinical and business decision makers.
• Create demand for product assessments, facilitate competitive conversions, drive significant deals to completion, and assist with post-sales activities including implementation, education, training, and ongoing assistance.
• Oversee OR/NICU sales and clinical initiatives for INVOS cerebral/somatic oximetry and Nellcor pulse oximetry technologies.
• Organize and take part in evaluations alongside the aligned field sales team and customers to guarantee adherence to best practices.
• Engage vital stakeholders with product value propositions, relevant literature, and more.
• Manage post-sale initiatives including implementation, product education, training, and ongoing support to ensure strong adoption.
• A Bachelor’s Degree accompanied by at least 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician in an acute care hospital setting.
• An advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician in an acute care hospital environment.
• 3-5 years of overall critical care experience within an acute care hospital, including at least 3 years in OR, CVOR, NICU, PICU, or as a NICU/PICU Clinical Educator or in developing and delivering educational curricula.
• RN BSN, Advanced Practice Nurse NNP, or Perfusionist qualifications.
• At least 2 years in a collaborative sales environment.
• Background in the healthcare or medical device sector, with experience in clinical education or sales.
• Preferred experience in sales or strong selling characteristics.
• Must possess a results-driven mindset, with intrinsic motivation to achieve superior outcomes and manage intricate projects to their conclusion.
