Senior Clinical Informaticist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, data scientists, and engineers to develop and validate digital health and analytics solutions.

• Convert clinical workflows into structured data and logic for algorithms and quality assessment.

• Lead initiatives related to ontology mapping, terminology management, and interoperability standards.

• Supervise labeling and abstraction processes to ensure the safety, accuracy, and clinical integrity of models.

• Provide mentorship to junior informaticians and specialists in areas such as annotation, data validation, and workflow enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a related clinical degree with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.

• 4–6+ years of experience in clinical informatics, analytics, or digital health is essential.

• A strong understanding of clinical data, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and data standards is necessary.

• Experience with data modeling or AI-driven healthcare products is preferred.

• A Master’s degree or informatics certification (such as RN-BC, CPHIMS, ACHIP, etc.) is a plus.
