• Oversee and expand a significant portfolio of Qventus’ most critical national healthcare provider organizations.
• Act as a mentor for the Customer Success team, encouraging professional development and establishing exemplary standards for the organization.
• Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering leadership to shape the long-term strategy, ensuring that Qventus AI solutions evolve with the needs of enterprise-level clients.
• Take full responsibility for internal operational processes that facilitate high performance within the delivery team regarding client commitments.
• Lead intricate process redesigns and substantial clinical workflow transformations that affect multiple service lines and departments within a health system by securing stakeholder support at all levels.
• Utilize extensive perioperative expertise to foster and maintain engagement from key users, executives, and surgeons concerning workflows and tool adoption.
• Challenge existing practices at client locations and persuade clients to embrace industry-leading practices through effective partnership and communication.
• Internally advocate for essential product enhancements and work alongside the Product team to deploy new functionalities at active client sites.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create standardized materials for client training and engagement.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives to fulfill contractual obligations while nurturing positive relationships for growth or renewal.
• Navigate challenging discussions with client executives using well-articulated business cases to drive system-wide transformation.
• Lead complex projects with diverse teams (clinical, technical, and operational) both on the client side and within Qventus with minimal oversight.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a leading healthcare consulting firm or in a client-facing role within a workflow-focused SaaS organization.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with client perspectives, supported by visually engaging presentations and comprehensive data narratives.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships at all levels within a hospital organization, across both facility and system-wide/enterprise environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders, comfortable in fast-paced settings with shifting client priorities.
• Client or Account Management experience with complex healthcare organizations grounded in strategic problem-solving and value-oriented initiatives.
• Capability to comprehend client business challenges and translate our AI solutions into impactful operational results.
• Commitment to maximizing client value and satisfaction, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for client outcomes.
• Enthusiasm for the transformational potential of AI in healthcare and a desire to contribute to that change.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
