• Cultivate relationships from initial contact to activation, collaborating closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless transition.
• Ensure clear documentation and organization across outreach and CRM platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in comparable positions (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development).
• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B settings with a focus on HR.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; advanced Spanish is an advantage.
