• Deal Leadership: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signing, collaborating closely with technical delivery and practice teams.
• Consultative Selling: Advocate Nagarro’s “Fluidic Enterprise” approach to address complex challenges in AI, Cloud Transformation, Data, and Customer Experience.
• Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, client priorities, and competitive movements to proactively shape opportunities.
• Enterprise Sales Experience: Over 10 years in IT Services / Software Sales with a proven history of surpassing revenue targets.
• Strong Network: Established connections within enterprise organizations across various sectors such as telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, and retail.
• Technical Literacy: Profound understanding of Cloud, AI/ML, Microservices, DevOps, and contemporary digital architectures.
• Communication: Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English is essential.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Capability to work autonomously, create opportunities from the ground up, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
