Partner Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage a partner program.

• Implement, maintain, and enhance our partner management program.

• Develop onboarding processes to ensure new partners are operational quickly.

• Create a digital partner platform serving as a central enablement tool.

• Actively acquire and support partners.

• Approach potential partners through outreach, events, or referrals.

• Conduct initial discussions, present our partnership model, and guide prospects to a decision.

• Coordinate partner marketing activities and resources.

• Support our partners, ensuring they remain enthusiastic and grow alongside us.

• Manage internal interfaces.

• Ensure smooth communication between Partner Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Define processes and, where appropriate, automate workflows at internal interfaces.

• Support pilot projects and derive concrete insights for our program.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in establishing and implementing programs with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Ideally, you have prior experience in channel management or a leading consultancy.

• You think in structures that are functional not only today but also in the future – while still taking pragmatic and swift action.

• You are communicative, confident, and not afraid to approach people, even if you don't know them yet.

• You maintain an overview even amidst changing priorities and work reliably and independently.

• You are eager to take on responsibility, drive initiatives forward, and grow together with the team.
