• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders (C-level, VP, Director), gaining a deep understanding of their long-term business objectives, technological landscape, and competitive environment to proactively discover and advocate for significant data and AI transformation initiatives.
• Take full responsibility and drive strategic growth for a portfolio of accounts, which includes crafting detailed account strategies and ensuring solutions yield measurable, quantifiable business results (e.g., ROI, cost efficiency, process automation).
• Oversee the strategic framing and commercial lifecycle of all projects. This encompasses defining strategic business goals, negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Pricing).
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of solution design and strategic project implementation involving AI/ML, Data Products, and cloud-native application modernization on leading public clouds (GCP preferred). Ability to connect intricate technical solutions with executive business value is essential.
• Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Principal Architects, Engineering, Delivery) to guarantee solution integrity, technical viability, and the successful, timely delivery of client projects.
• Foster mutual success and enhance business growth in the territory through close collaboration and co-selling initiatives with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other strategic alliance partner account teams.
• Partner with Egen marketing and business development teams to create client success narratives, targeted account-based marketing strategies, and content that facilitates new business acquisition.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success in a client-facing leadership/sales position focused on selling and managing intricate cloud, data, or AI professional services engagements with large enterprise accounts.
• Previous sales experience with any prominent public cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.), or Service Integrator, with a preference for experience in selling advanced services (AI/ML, GenAI, Data Analytics).
• Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas in the Enterprise sector.
• Experience in consulting and selling services to Fortune 1,000 and/or Fortune 500 client(s).
• Established strategic relationships within the cloud ecosystem and/or solid connections with a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) account teams (preferably Google Cloud).
