📋 Description

• Accurately maintain client records within the Agency Management System.

• Draft professional business communications through letters and emails.

• Execute accounting and mathematical tasks, including invoicing and premium allocation.

• Oversee claims in accordance with agency protocols.

• Offer guidance and support to the insured in collaboration with claims.

• Participate in client meetings alongside the Advisor or Director of Risk Management.

• Oversee daily operations of client accounts, including policy reviews, modifications, and updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Acquire and sustain state insurance license(s).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Commercial Account Manager position.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Exhibits strong presentation skills.
