Senior Client Success Manager – Programmatic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of Zeta’s products, reporting analytics, competitive strengths, resources, and processes, and effectively communicate them to potential clients and customers.

• Initiate and oversee cross-channel, programmatic advertising campaigns in collaboration with clients and internal teams to facilitate connections between clients and their audiences.

• Conduct weekly client status meetings, addressing campaign reports, optimizations, and insights.

• Work alongside sales to provide strategic upsell suggestions when performance and/or offerings align with the client’s business objectives.

• Prepare and deliver impactful reporting presentations in partnership with the analytics team.

• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels with every interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising within Account Management, Client Success, or Media Planning.

• Practical experience in activating, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns through leading DSPs.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision-making process.

• Strong analytical skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel.

• Enthusiasm for digital media and in-depth knowledge of the programmatic advertising sector.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to work independently while remaining open to guidance.

• Intelligent and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic.

• Extensive experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel as required.
