• You will oversee a portfolio of brand accounts for enterprise fashion and consumer goods clients.
• Maintain and expand client relationships while ensuring smooth delivery.
• Align the team and enhance operational efficiency through improved systems and technology.
• Act as the key liaison among Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams.
• Proactively address any issues related to performance, scope, relationships, or margins to prevent surprises, ensuring steady commercial ownership.
• Manage client relationships during launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing programs. Foster multi-thread collaboration across teams. Build trust and engage in direct conversations when performance requires attention.
• Convert data into clear, actionable strategies by utilizing AI to transform raw metrics into narratives more efficiently. Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and clarify their implications.
• Oversee timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across our comprehensive product offerings, including Always-On creator partnerships, Pulse campaigns, Makers (CGC), Amplify+ (paid boosting), Seeding+, and License+. Ensure work remains on-brand, punctual, and within budget.
• Manage renewal timelines and utilize AI to model scenarios for performance analysis. Identify upsell opportunities and confidently discuss account growth with concrete data.
• Forecast performance and optimize during campaigns. Apply insights to subsequent programs, ensuring reporting informs decisions rather than just recapping them.
• Maintain clean tracking. Monitor capacity. Address inefficiencies. Ensure client feedback is effectively captured.
• 4–6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
• Strong practical campaign experience, particularly with TikTok.
• Proven history of account growth and retention, supported by data.
• Experience measured against revenue, retention, or quarterly NRR KPIs.
• Proficient in AI applications. Our platform is AI-driven, and you will need to quickly adapt and use it daily for client summaries, performance narratives, renewal modeling, and upsell preparation. We are looking for individuals already comfortable with AI tools in their workflow, so the learning curve is with the platform, not the concept itself.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Slack) and reporting dashboards.
• Experience in enterprise fashion or consumer goods is advantageous.
• You should possess strong commercial acumen, operational reliability, and the ability to confidently discuss the revenue impact of the accounts you have managed.
• The first week of onboarding will take place in person in London with the UK team; the remainder will be remote.
