This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Facilitate complex, multi-disciplinary discovery sessions focused on attaining business results rather than merely product offerings.
• Take complete responsibility for solution architecture and technical strategy concerning medium to large-scale projects.
• Proactively recognize cross-disciplinary opportunities that encompass networking, data centers, cloud computing, security, and platform engineering.
• Ensure coherence across practices by promoting unified architectural solutions and clearly defined execution strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategies, qualification processes, and positioning.
• Work alongside Practice Directors and Principal Architects to verify solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs).
• Act as a primary technical escalation resource during the later stages of the sales process.
• Guide and mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery techniques, and consultative selling.
• Contribute to the creation of reusable solution templates, reference architectures, and enabling resources.
• Represent Myriad360 in discussions with senior-level clients, workshops, and technical presentations.
• 7–10 years of expertise in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record in designing and marketing comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills with a demonstrated ability to steer client decision-making processes.
• Extensive technical knowledge across at least two of Myriad360's core practice areas.
• Ability to independently navigate complex technical sales cycles.
• Relevant OEM certifications are strongly preferred.
