This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead comprehensive, multi-disciplinary discovery sessions focused on achieving business objectives rather than just product-centric discussions.
• Take complete responsibility for the solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Actively seek out cross-practice opportunities that encompass networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Ensure cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathways by promoting alignment across various practices.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to influence deal strategies, qualifications, and positioning.
• Work alongside Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs).
• Act as a critical technical escalation resource during the advanced stages of the sales cycle.
• Mentor Customer Solution Architects (CSAs) and engineers on best practices for solution design, discovery techniques, and consultative selling approaches.
• Contribute to the creation of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.
• Represent Myriad360 in discussions with senior-level clients, workshops, and technical briefings.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies as outlined in the requirements section.
• Identify and escalate security risks to the relevant Executive Leadership Team member and actively assist in remediation efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven success in designing and marketing comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills with a demonstrated ability to guide client decision-making processes.
• Broad technical knowledge across at least two of Myriad360's core practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage intricate technical sales cycles.
• Relevant OEM certifications are strongly preferred.
