This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership of **Net Revenue Retention (NRR)** within your portfolio (retention + expansion)
• Conduct structured, high-quality **weekly client calls with senior stakeholders**
• Proactively identify and pursue **upsell and expansion opportunities**
• Establish relationships where you are recognized as a **trusted revenue advisor—not just support**
• Evaluate outbound performance metrics (reply rates, targeting, sequencing, deliverability)
• Quickly diagnose issues and recommend **clear, data-driven actions**
• Collaborate with clients on refining **ICP, messaging, and GTM strategies**
• Highlight risks and opportunities **before clients raise concerns**
• Engage daily with **HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, and AI workflows**
• Independently pull and interpret campaign data—without relying on technical teams
• Ensure accurate account insights, pipeline visibility, and health tracking
• Convert client needs into clear execution plans for internal teams
• Utilize **Claude as a key operational tool** for:
• Call preparation and strategic planning
• Campaign analysis and insights generation
• Client communication and synthesis
• Use **Clay for signal detection, enrichment, and outbound insights**
• Continuously enhance workflows through AI and automation tools
• Over 5 years of experience in **agency, consultancy, or revenue-facing client roles**
• Demonstrated success in managing **client revenue (NRR, upsells, retention)**
• Strong expertise in **outbound sales, demand generation, or GTM strategies**
• **Hands-on experience with Clay (REQUIRED)** You must have practical experience using Clay in a real workflow, not just theoretical knowledge
• **Daily operational use of Claude (REQUIRED)** This is essential—you should already depend on AI for analysis, thinking, and execution
• High proficiency with **HubSpot, Airtable, or comparable CRM/data tools**
• Capability to independently analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations
• Executive-level communication skills with **founders, CROs, and senior stakeholders**
• **Nice to Have**
• Experience in **B2B SaaS, MarTech, or outbound-focused environments**
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n or similar)
• Experience in managing **international clients and distributed teams**
• Exposure to developing or scaling client success/revenue functions
