This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Providing educational programs and training to assist clients and employees in understanding and engaging with their employer-sponsored retirement plans, including guidance on payroll submissions, fund modifications, and other plan-related activities.
• Acting as the main point of contact for designated retirement plans, fostering robust client relationships, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and addressing complex issues associated with plan administration and recordkeeping.
• Partnering with clients to review and enhance plan designs, ensuring compliance with IRS and ERISA regulations, and facilitating plan modifications and improvements.
• Performing thorough evaluations of retirement plans, analyzing performance metrics, managing compliance testing, overseeing governmental filings, and advising on employer contribution calculations to guarantee precision and alignment with client goals.
• Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience and/or training with a solid understanding of ERISA regulations and retirement plan designs OR a comparable combination of education and experience.
