This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Concentrate on acquiring mid-market and upper-market sales clients while developing sales initiatives with them.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities that align with Argano's business and technology offerings.
• Market Oracle consulting services across the Construction and Engineering, Communications and Media, Financial Services, Transportation and Logistics, and/or Professional Services sectors. The service portfolio encompasses Oracle ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, HCM Cloud, EPM, JDE, EBS, and Analytics solutions.
• Manage and cultivate essential client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Formulate and implement plans to meet and surpass revenue goals.
• Create and execute detailed sales strategies aimed at potential clients.
• Regularly assess market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Comprehend client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that fulfill client goals.
• Perform in-depth market research to discover new business prospects.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives within designated territories.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Travel to client or prospect locations as business needs necessitate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in selling Oracle Cloud EPM/ERP/SCM/HCM, or other consulting services with enterprise software firms and/or top-tier consulting organizations.
• Experience in selling Oracle consulting services in the Construction and Engineering, Communications and Media, Financial Services, Transportation and Logistics, and/or Professional Services industries.
• Proven success in closing deals ranging from $500K to $5M+.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in client service or sales roles.
• Documented track record of meeting and surpassing sales quotas.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving substantial revenue growth.
• Proven success in managing intricate sales cycles and finalizing deals.
• Leadership experience in a sales or account management role.
