This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for achieving designated revenue and growth targets through the upselling and cross-selling of Imagenet’s services.
• Responsible for creating and executing customized client growth strategies in partnership with the marketing and operations teams.
• This role entails maintaining and fostering relationships with key client stakeholders to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
• The individual will perform regular business reviews to align services with client requirements and identify growth opportunities.
• The Senior Client Executive will spearhead contract renewal negotiations in cooperation with cross-functional teams to secure client loyalty.
• They will also take charge of developing and overseeing Statements of Work (SOW) for both new and ongoing client projects.
• The candidate will collaborate with operations, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the success of clients.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience within the healthcare BPO industry, especially in claims adjudication, document management, or contact center solutions, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
