Senior Client Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of your designated geographical region, acquiring new client logos and expanding the organization's reach.

• Directly engage with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior executives to create new revenue opportunities and guide their transformation initiatives.

• Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders by thoroughly understanding their industries and business objectives.

• Explore new markets, advocate for integrated capabilities, and drive service sales initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

• Lead efforts in developing commercial frameworks, negotiating multi-year agreements, and managing client project scopes.

• Serve as a strategic business collaborator, exploring new market and industry avenues.

• Propel top-line growth and ensure that solutions provide exceptional value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in negotiating and closing deals in the technology services sector at a senior sales level, especially within large and complex organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to build and utilize C-suite relationships across multiple industries.

• Well-established connections and capability to engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, and non-technical executives.

• Profound understanding of client business and technology requirements, providing critical DATA insights.

• Strong negotiation abilities, familiar with strategies such as Scotworks or Solution Selling/SPIN.

• Exceptional client-focused and solution-oriented sales approach.

• Problem-solving aptitude to navigate internal and external challenges for the best results.

• Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and a passion for technology.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, information technology, or a related field.
