Senior Client Delivery Lead – GenerationFlex

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist German GenerationFlex clients throughout their onboarding process with Kraken and their broader business transformation.

• Oversee and coordinate stakeholders during the initial implementation phase for clients.

• Act as the primary contact for technology development and issue resolution throughout the implementation.

• Organize workstreams, identify dependencies, coordinate both internal and external teams, and provide comprehensive updates.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the German and European energy sectors.

• Assess hardware and software solutions for regional applicability.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Kraken’s technology offerings and assist clients with the onboarding process.

• Understand client user requirements and how Kraken’s capabilities facilitate asset management and energy trading strategies.

• Collaborate with account managers on strategic business reviews and client transformation workshops.

• Recognize opportunities for product improvements, market expansion, user growth, and upselling.

• Propel internal process enhancements to improve onboarding and speed up the time to value.

• Work in partnership with product, engineering, customer success, and support teams.

• Act as the main liaison for clients and their partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in client delivery and/or product ownership in software and hardware environments.

• Proven track record in managing complex delivery pipelines for clients.

• Experience in coordinating multiple teams, identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and sustaining progress.

• Excellent relationship management skills across both internal and external stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication abilities, including the capacity to clearly explain complex technical issues.

• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking.

• Keen interest in understanding the complexities of energy markets.

• Solid grasp of technology and current technology trends.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, system integrations, and cloud software architecture.

• Demonstrated patience, initiative, time management skills, and a proactive attitude.

• Native or professional proficiency in English.

• Fully proficient in English and German at a C1 level.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Must have the right to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not available.

• In-depth knowledge of German and European energy markets, including hardware and connectivity requirements, TSOs and DSOs, re-dispatch, ancillary-service requirements, and the competitive landscape.

• Experience with flexibility products is advantageous.

• Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
