This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulates, implements, and executes a comprehensive strategy for client growth, pinpointing new opportunities for the firm to offer services to clients in the agriculture sector.
• Proactively anticipate and comprehend client needs, preferences, objectives, and current satisfaction levels through an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and industry. Deliver tailored solutions to address those needs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, community representatives, and political figures. Manage relationships with significant clients.
• May lead or collaborate with other internal teams on community engagement initiatives to enhance the firm’s brand and strengthen connections with key decision-makers pertinent to the client based on client type.
• Act as the primary contact for the designated client, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly resolving any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Integrate technical and project management expertise to fulfill client requirements and collaborate with leadership to guarantee that client objectives and standards are achieved.
• Oversee project pursuits with the client and possess a comprehensive understanding of all projects associated with the client to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client satisfaction.
• Spearhead the pursuit of proposals related to the client, which involves coordinating with internal personnel to outline the project and identify resources that best position the firm for the opportunity. This also includes collaborating with Marketing staff to prepare resumes and formal proposals.
• May take on the role of project manager or have a technical role in one or more projects related to the client.
• Direct all client negotiations and ensure that client-specific billing and contract standards are consistently applied.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, planning, landscape architecture, business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in the consulting industry.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project and client management.
• Knowledge of community and statewide engagement strategies.
• Capability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactive in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
