Senior Claims Business Analyst – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of General Motors Insurance operations through the analysis of business requirements.

• Establish objectives, perform gap and ROI assessments, and gather necessary requirements.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance claims processes and workflows.

• Play a role in solution design while proactively identifying and managing business risks.

• Develop and refine claims workflows and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred knowledge and understanding of the auto and casualty claims processes.

• Professional experience as a business analyst, encompassing planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting, and communicating requirements.

• Familiarity with working in an agile environment.

• Experience in the P&C industry is advantageous.

• At least 2 years of experience in an agile setting is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional business analytics experience is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is mandatory.

• IIBA certification is preferred.
