Senior Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and resolutions for auto claims from the initial report to final closure.

• Manage a diverse array of claims, including intricate bodily injury cases and litigated files.

• Assess liability, damages, medical documentation, and coverage risks.

• Ensure precise claim documentation and timely management of files.

• Engage effectively with customers, attorneys, vendors, and business partners.

• Guarantee compliance with relevant state regulations and internal company policies.

• Act as a mentor and resource for junior adjusters.

• Provide exceptional service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty claims.

• Proficiency in managing both Auto Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims.

• Deep understanding of insurance industry practices, coverage interpretation, and claims handling protocols.

• Experience in overseeing complex injury claims, litigation, and high-exposure cases.

• Demonstrated ability to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and independently settle claims.

• Outstanding customer service, decision-making, and communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
