This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Formulate and implement channel sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with channel partners by offering product training, support, and strategic guidance.
• Discover new business prospects and work alongside channel partners to provide value-added solutions.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through proficient account management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement and promote continuous growth.
• Offer mentorship and direction to channel sales representatives, cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
• At least 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, demonstrating a successful history of managing key accounts and fostering revenue growth.
• Demonstrated capability to stimulate revenue growth and meet sales objectives.
• Proficient in establishing and sustaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Skilled in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
