This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Evaluate the status of projects and budgets for the Honeywell security product division.
• Coordinate timelines and generate status reports.
• Analyze project challenges and devise solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, designers, and end-users to stimulate market demand.
• Create monitoring mechanisms for Channel Sales progress and facilitate problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
• Partner with marketing to design and execute customer programs.
• Enhance Honeywell's reputation as the top choice for customers by refining Channel Sales solutions.
• Apply your innovative ideas to resolve complex customer issues.
• A comprehensive understanding of principles and best practices in Channel Sales.
• Experience in Building Technologies, with a focus on the hospitality sector.
• Background in hotel room control units, lighting control, or plug and switch systems.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Capability to take initiative and operate with minimal supervision.
• Ability to exert influence at the operational level.
• Extensive network of consultants, designers, and end-users.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license.
