This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create account plans for current channel partners in the DACH region, aligning with the regional channel strategy, and execute objectives efficiently and transparently.
• Forge long-lasting business relationships with executives from channel partners.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners on sales opportunities, encompassing qualification, the development of joint strategies for success, as well as ensuring visibility in the field and engagement with end users.
• Optimize the utilization of our entire range of products and services within each channel partner to enhance market share, generate sustainable revenue growth, and maintain a healthy margin.
• Execute regional sales programs and campaigns within the channel partner, while also creating and implementing tailored programs and initiatives to meet expected performance levels.
• Identify and develop new channel partners in accordance with regional strategic objectives.
• Train and enhance the capabilities of channel partners regarding our product offerings and sales techniques.
• Engage directly with end users to promote the HON portfolio, finalize sales, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Ensure the accomplishment of quarterly and annual sales targets alongside management-based objectives that will be communicated periodically.
• Provide weekly performance reports to leadership on specific opportunities, while proactively monitoring and managing sales data, incentive progress, new product releases, sales trends, and other key performance indicators.
• Proven and successful track record in channel management with the ability to articulate the principles of effective channel structure.
• At least 5 years of continuous sales experience in channel development and management within the auto ID / Supply Chain solution sectors.
• Capable of demonstrating and explaining the advantages of collaborating with distribution in their channel partners.
• A business degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
