This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Overseeing and directing Honeywell Enterprise Fire Channel Sales Activities - delivering Customer Support to achieve or surpass designated sales quotas.
• Formulating and executing strategic Territory Management Plans along with personalized Account / Opportunity Plans.
• Creating demand, spotting opportunities, and developing value propositions that involve end-customers, consultants, key industry influencers, and ESDs visits along with related status reports.
• Acting as the technical and application authority for Honeywell Enterprise Fire brands within Western Canada.
• Evaluating growth prospects and regional developments while identifying product development requirements tailored to the served market.
• Designing and promoting top-tier sales training for channel partners and installers.
• Cultivating a thorough understanding of customer requirements, industry stakeholders, trends, competitive tactics, technologies, standards, regulations, and economic factors.
• Launching and communicating new products, incorporating value propositions, product bulletins, competitive assessments, datasheets, sales tools, and marketing/ promotional initiatives.
• Participating in customer-facing engagements, trade shows, seminars, and similar events.
• Maintaining and updating a precise opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com.
• Post-secondary education, preferably in electrical engineering, IT, or fire alarm systems.
• More than 5 years of experience in account management within the fire alarm and life safety sector.
• A valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Extensive knowledge of principles and best practices in channel sales and/or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
• Strong team collaboration and communication abilities.
• Capability to take initiative and work independently with minimal guidance.
• Understanding of Channel Sales execution.
• Ability to influence at the operational level.
• Active involvement in industry-specific organizations such as CFAA, ULC, etc.
