• Developing the governance framework for global cloud partner enablement initiatives.

• Creating comprehensive cloud certification and onboarding pathways customized for partner requirements.

• Coordinating cross-functional teams from Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing.

• Implementing scalable processes that bolster cloud go-to-market strategies and partner expansion.

• Establishing operational structures that promote clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution.

• Evaluating program effectiveness and fostering ongoing enhancement through data-driven insights.

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma with a comparable professional background.

• Have over 8 years of experience in channel programs, cloud enablement, or partner operations.

• Hold extensive knowledge of hyperscaler ecosystems and dynamics within cloud marketplaces.

• Demonstrate experience in designing partner journeys in intricate cloud settings.

• Ability to work autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders across various functions.

• Utilize data and metrics to ensure accountability and deliver a measurable impact on business results.
