πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create and implement the strategy for acquiring partnerships with our corporate and professional network partners, pinpointing and prioritizing key players within accounting integration ecosystems (e.g. QuickBooks Solution Providers, accounting firms), consulting, financial advisory, and GPOs.

β€’ Identify, negotiate, and finalize intricate partnership agreements with enterprise-level organizations that significantly enhance new business and revenue for Engine by utilizing their portfolios, member bases, or client networks.

β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with crucial executive stakeholders during the partner acquisition and onboarding phases, including C-suite leaders and partners within targeted organizations, fostering long-term alignment and mutual success.

β€’ Effectively onboard new partners in collaboration with Partner Success, Partner Marketing, and Partner Program, generating post-signing momentum (partner referred deals).

β€’ Work alongside internal cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to initiate and support new partnerships.

β€’ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the corporate networks program, providing consistent reporting to leadership. This encompasses the volume and potential size of active partner opportunities in the pipeline, the number of signed partners, and the revenue generated from newly signed partners.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, showcasing a proven track record of selling SaaS or technology solutions to professional services firms.

β€’ Expertise in the 'one-to-many' sales approach, with demonstrated success in structuring partnerships that leverage a partner's network, portfolio, or member base.

β€’ Outstanding financial acumen and the capability to construct a compelling, data-driven business case centered on ROI, operational efficiency, and value creation.

β€’ Established ability to forge relationships and finalize deals with C-suite executives and senior partners at large, complex organizations.

β€’ An entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by a proactive approach and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
