This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Manage and coordinate Optiv's partnerships with SLED segments of key collaborators.
• Lead co-branded marketing initiatives that enhance recognition as a principal partner in the market for our OEMs.
• Empower sellers to generate pipeline and revenue through targeted micro-campaigns and initiatives led by OEMs.
• Engage in SLED-centric conferences and events to cultivate trust and partnerships between fields.
• Prepare and deliver necessary data for Executive Business Reviews for Optiv Leadership, as well as for regular meetings with assigned partners.
• Collaborate with partners to pinpoint new growth opportunities for Optiv and mutual success, and create business plans that encompass: strategies to initiate and promote growth and awareness within Optiv Sales, identifying chances to develop service offerings using partner technology, and programs to stimulate demand in partnership with Optiv Marketing teams.
• Ensure that pipeline and revenue align with expenditures.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
• A solid understanding of the information security industry is essential, including knowledge of prominent industry vendors and products.
• Capability to work independently and demonstrate strong time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and partnership abilities, including the capacity to listen and communicate effectively with all partners.
• Self-motivated individual capable of collaborating with multiple Vendor Partner Managers/Vendor Channel Managers and Optiv account executives.
• A keen attention to accuracy and detail concerning rebate negotiations, reports to executive management, documentation of events and meetings, spiffs, partner negotiations, and all written and verbal communications.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
