This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Drive strategic growth through our distribution channels and partnerships in various market segments.

• Oversee the formulation and execution of detailed channel strategies to enhance market presence and provide outstanding value to customers.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and implement impactful initiatives.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key channel partners.

• Ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.

• Empower our customers to achieve significant discoveries and innovations in healthcare, life sciences, and applied markets.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or a related field, ideally with progressive responsibility in channel/distribution sales management.

• Preferred areas of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a similar scientific discipline.

• Proven track record in developing and executing channel growth strategies and programs to meet revenue and profitability goals.

• Strong business insight and analytical capabilities to assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and channel performance metrics.

• Experience in managing intricate relationships with distributors and channel partners.

• Excellent leadership skills, with a history of effectively influencing within matrix organizations.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Robust project management skills, with the ability to implement initiatives across various functions.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel 30-50% for partner/customer meetings.

• Demonstrated experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Experience in conducting business reviews and formulating action plans to enhance performance.

• Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in channel management.
